Allow us to teach you and your birthing partner a traditional chinese therapy ro encourage your baby to change position. You will then be given the resources to continue this treatment at home.

Birth Preparation

This is the perfect treatment for helping to prepare your body for labour and birth. Using a combination of acupuncture, acupressure points, reflex zone therapy and aromatherapy, we courage your body's natural production of oxytocin, decent of baby's head, and ripening of the cervix.

This treatment is suitable from 37 weeks onwards. We will also teach your birthing partner how to stimulate 2 acupressure points so you can continue using these techniques at home.

* Please not if you receive acupuncture during this treatment, there will be no massage. However, you will still receive a blend of essential oils to take home with you.

Post dates treatment

Have you gone past your due date and are patiently awaiting the onset of labour? Or are you booked for an Induction of Labour and are keen to try and encourage labour naturally? Then this is the perfect treatment!

Using a mixture of Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reflex Zone Therapy and Aromatherapy, we work with your body to encourage the stimulation of oxytocin (love hormone). This treatment is used by many practitioners, both private and within the NHS with fantastic results.

The one-off treatment is ideally suited to women who have laboured before. We also offer a package, which may be more suited to first-time mums.

*Please note if you are having acupuncture, there will be no massage during this treatment. However, you will still receive a blend of essential oils for home use.

This therapy requires a minimum of two sessions per condition you wish to treat. The first session will involve a lot of information-gathering with a short relaxation script, and the second session with be your specific therapeutic script.

Aromatherapy Blending Service

Essential oils are known for having wonderful healing properties. In pregnancy, they can help with nausea and vomiting, backache, pelvic pain, restless legs, heartburn, natural onset of labour, labour pain, and many more common pregnancy-related issues.

A phone consultation is required for this service so that we can assess your suitability for the essential oils, creating the perfect blend for you.

Option of 3 x 10mls blends or 1 x 30ml blend.
